1. Apply for Visa Approval Letter
The best way is to get the support from a local tour operator who has liciense to do this. 
You will need: information on your passport to fill up a visa form, 01 photograph and flight, hotel booking
The local tour operator in Myanmar will send you the Visa Approval Letter so that you can board the flight.

2. Having Visa at Mandalay airport
When you arrive at Yangon airport, please proceed to visa on arrival counter.
For business visa, please prepare $50 for visa stamp fee

3. Some tips
Please make sure you have 1 photo in hand and check your passport validity. It requires 6 month valid.
