Cancellation or Refund

BY USING MYANMAR VISA CENTER'S SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE READING AND ACCEPTING OUR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY.  BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT, BE SURE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE GUIDELINES:

1. Cancellation

If for any reason you wish to cancel a service before your Visa process start, you can do so by sending email to info@myanmarvisa.org or calling our hotline. The cancellation request can only be considred if your visa process has not started.

* Changing services (type of Visa) is not cancellation. You are free to re-choose type of Visa as long as it's not in process.

2. Correction

Any mistake in your submitted application can be amended before Visa process begin with no extra fees. Later than that, you have to make a new application.

3. Refund Policy

a) Acceptable reasons for refund

- Your application is denied by Myanmar Visa Center.

- Your credit card and/or debit card has been used fraudulently.

- If your payment is mistakenly duplicated but you have only one application.

- Nationality not supported by E-Visa Department

b) How to make refund request

Refund requests are considered valid up to 45 days from date of cancellation acceptance or application denying. Request should be sent in writing to our email info@myanmarvisa.org with details of your payment transaction, passport number and supporting document if any.

c) Refund amount

Our Visa service is refundable in particular cases which are stated bellow:.

- Applications denied by Myanmar Visa Center for any reason: Refund 100%

- Applications denied or rejected by our Goverment for any reason: No refund.

- Applications cancelled due to client’s request:

+ Business Visa: 100$

+ Fast Tourist Visa: 70$

+ Tourist Visa: 60$

+ 1-day Visa: not refundable.

+ Urgent visa: not refundable.

- Nationality not supported by our E-Visa Department: 70% payment

- Urgent visa process cannot start due to late apply: - $10 

* Our refund process may take up to 3 weeks.

d) Abuse of Refund Policy

Where Myanmar Visa Center, in its sole discretion, find out a client is abusing this Refund Policy, fraudulent requests for refund or initiation of chargebacks after submitting applications using our platform, we shall have right to:

- Request your visa or passport to be immediately revoked by the issuing authority.

- Report to Immigration Authorities at Immigration Borders to suspend the fraud action.
