One of the most famous dishes in Myanmar is Shan noddle. Served with sweet broth, the soup includes thin, plat rice noodle with marinated pork or chicken. The side dish of vegetable or some herbs are accompanied.

Curry

“My favorite curry is Shrimp and the best place to enjoy it should be Yangon or seaside towns “ Zaw said.
Curry shows the high impact of Indian influence but Burmese people make it their way and it is very special. There are many types of curry : fish, pork, beef, shrimp or mutton.
In a traditional Myanmar restaurant, curry is served with rice , fried vegetables, a small bowl of soup and a large tray of fresh vegetables.
 

Mohinga

Your dining experience of Myanmar is incomplete without having Mohinga. This tempting dish is made from round rice noodles served in a hearty, herbal-based broth, often supplemented with the crunchy pith of the banana tree.

You can find tea leaf salad almost everywhere in Myanmar. The tea leaves are transferred from Shan state, fermented in a unique method.
