Travellers from Nigeria who want to enter Myanmar for tourist and/or business purpose, need to have Myanmar Visa before depature.

Up to date 2016, Myanmar Goverment has not placed any Embassy or Consulate in Nigeria and its neighbour countries. The nearest Burmese Embassy is established in Petoria, South Africa.

How to apply for Myanmar Visa

Until now, Myanmar Immigration Department has not supported Nigeria citizen to apply for Pre-arranged Visa (Visa on Arrival). We suggest you two ways to obtain Visa: 

If you are staying in or have time to travel to any country that have Myanmar Embassy, please come to apply. 

Other wise, Myanmar Visa Center gives a particular method which help you to receive Visa by Express Mail Services. Please contact us for further details.

- Personal information and detailed travel plan

- 01 photo (white background, 4x6cm, straight)

- Invitation letter and Registration letter from inviting company/organisation if you apply for business visa

Some notes:

- Myanmar Visa obtained with Express Delivery method may valid less than 30 days, you can re-new your Visa with Myanmar Immigration Department if you wish to stay longer.
