 Is Myanmar safe for travel ?
Yes. Myanmar is safe despite of the former rumour about its visiting control. The country is very opening now and Myanmar government welcome tourist with very useful signasl: " May I help you", " Warmly welcome and take care of tourist". In Police station, you can find mostly everywhere signals in English. 
For major travel either for leisure or business, it is very well-cared by the government.
For those who fancy doing off beaten track tourist, your visiting registration is a must so that the government can help you in any case. 

- Health issue tips:
We advise you to buy travel insurance before you come to Myanmar as well bringing some basic medical kits  including ntiseptic cream, headache tablets, crepe andage, band-aids, alcohol swabs and small scissors,antibiotics or prescription drugs,contraceptives, hand sanitizer,anti-diarrhoea tablets and laxatives,

- Vaccinations: Make sure you are up-to-date with all your immunisations and check with your general practitioner to see if you need any specific vaccines before visiting Myanmar and to get general health advice. It’s a good idea to go about two months before your travel so they have time to start any necessary treatments.
