Myanmar Visa from Nigeria

For Nigeria people, the only way to get Myanmar Visa from your contry is to apply for visa on arrival. Since March 2014, the visa procedure has changed and become strict with for all travelers, we would like to suggest you to read carefully before you submit your Myanmar Visa.

If you can pass by Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or other countries where there is Myanmar Embassy, that would be fast for you. However, if you do not have chance to do that, you are advised to book a tour package or travel with a group of more than 10 people to satisfy the condition of visa on arrival.

With visa on arrival, the Myanmar Immigration Department will issue a visa approval letter with your name on it stating Visa on Arrival.
After printing out the visa, you can check in the flights and get visa at on arrival visa counter in Yangon or Mandalay Airport.

For other nationalities currently staying in Nigeria
• If your nationalities are not included in the Myanmar visa exemption list, you are required to obtain a visa before traveling to Myanmar.
• For those whose nationalities are supported with visa on arrival, you can follow the simple steps listed above to apply for one at www.myanmarvisa.org. Or, you can contact the nearest Myanmar Embassy around your area to apply.
