Phang Daw Oo Pagoda
Set amidst the waterways of Inle, Phang Daw Oo is believed to shrine a Buddha image, one of the most sacred relics in the area. It reflects the local religion and highlight any visit in October with its exciting festival.

 In Paw Khone Village
Boasting the traditional work from Inthar people, In Paw Khone is where you can witness local artisan fabric silk from lotus, cotton and making colorful silk in full process. Other workshops include wooden boat making and black smith. 
In some shops inside the village, you will have chance to meet long neck hill tribe - the Karen who display their skill on weaving silk and making handicrafts.

Nam Pan Village
For those want to see Inle at its purest, Nam Pan is one of the top choice. The very first thing you will experience is how local fishermen navigate the boat by one leg.  Nam Pan is also a very photogenic site with stilt houses. 

Nga Hpe Kyuang Monastery
A popular tourist stop to watch " the jumping cat" - a trained cat show. The monastery itself houses a giant architect of teakwood with sweeping view to surrounding area.

Indein Market
Every morning, hill tribes from different villages around Inle Lake gathers in Indein for its remarkable market. It attracts hundreds of villagers who come to buy and sell home grown vegetable, lake catches and other daily life produces.
